the staff was friendly and efficient, always quick to assist with requests. marlon provided helpful tips and assistance with our bags (he really went the extra mile). housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean. the breakfast had options for everyone and the staff ensured things ran smoothly.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. They assisted with my questions and requests promptly. Marlon, Rahim, March, and Louise provided really good service, and I appreciated the sufficient breakfast buffet. I will DEFINITELY book this hotel again.
